Brainstorm was commissioned by Standard Bank Corporate Division to conceptualize, plan and organize a teambuilding weekend getaway. Interaction and cultural education were key issues.

Brainstorms approach was to provide an adventurous breathtaking experience of a lifetime breaking paradigms and getting people out of their comfort zones.

Snow Safari to Tiffindell Ski Resort was the chosen idea which saw 6 planes charted for the trip to the resort.  The weekend was filled with skiing, snowboarding, the occasional snowball fight, stand up comedians, culture questionnaires, a gum boot dance with Pat Pillai, entertainment from comedian Martin Jonas,  crazy bar games, an igloo wall and a log cabin party.

Better relationships were built through great scenery, camaraderie and adventure.

Cultural differences were addressed through motivational talks, gumboot dancing and every delegate received the book, Clued up on Culture.

Brainstorm handled all the logistics for the event including: Accommodation, Shuttles, Flights, Itinerary, Invites, Comedians and Speakers, Graphic Design.
